MG will be introducing a 7-seater variant of the Hector by March 2020. MG might not call it a full-fledged 7-seater but it has confirmed that there will be 3-row variant of the Hector coming into the country by early 2020. Once launched, the 7-seater variant of the Hector will compete with the likes of next-gen Mahindra XUV500, Tata Harrier’s elder sibling, the cassini (will be called something else in India) and the 7-seater version of the 2020 Hyundai Creta.
Tata Cassini is reportedly to be the name for the upcoming H7X 7-seater premium SUV. Scheduled to be launched in the second half of this year, the new Harrier based SUV will challenge the likes of Mahindra XUV500 and the upcoming MG Hector SUV.
