The difference between Gixxer 250 SF and 250 is only it’s fairing. Gixxer 250 gets 17 inch alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. Suspension duties are performed by telescopic front suspension and monoshock rear suspension.
For braking Gixxer 250 gets disc brakes at both ends along with dual channel ABS. The motorcycle kerb mass is 156 kg while overall ground clearance stands at 165mm. Gixxer 250 can hold 12 litres of fuel tank, giving the motorcycle decent range with a milege of 39 Kmpl.
At Rs 1.6 lakh Gixxer 250 is Rs 10k cheaper than fully faired Gixxer SF250. Gixxer 250 comes with a promise of improved fuel efficiency and performance as it is 5kg lighter than Gixxer SF250 without compromising with power output and torque figures.
